Making the faulty HP-50g alarm function predictable and useful

Long story short. Create the STARTOFF variable with a simple program « OFF » in the HOME directory. Create appointment or control alarms as usual and confine their number to 2. The calculator will wake up with a delay of 1 minute at most for each alarm. In nearly all cases, the delay is exactly 1 minute.
