Nice comparison & review!
Another 15C to consider is the pockemu app version. It has the rather nice feature of displaying the T/Z/Y/Last registers in a stack between the display and logo badge. Pressing a key causes an expanded key image to shift up above your fingertip for visual confirmation of the key pressed, along with haptic feedback.
