Threads with links attached but no link

Currently guests can not view attachments inline.
E.g. check my recent post in an incognito window.
Interestingly they can still see the thumbnail image.

Totally unrelated but the [QUOTE] button stopped working for me.
I get an HTTP ERROR 500:
