Anyone near Paris, France?

I know a vintage pocket computer enthusiast in Guyancourt, about ~21km from Paris, who needs a couple of small surface mount IC reflowed on a PCB. I have been chatting with him via mail and think we have the issue nailed down to 1 of two ICs. He is not confident enough in his soldering skills to attempt it. I think it is an easy fix but am trying to avoid the expense of sending the PCB to the USA and back to France. If you happen to live in his area and think you might be able to help, let me know.
