Request for changes (these are not bugs, but nice to have)

1 Catalog-User-Program Functions
Change: New or Edited programs on top of the Catalog-User-Program Functions list, instead of the bottom position.

2 Shift-Program-Program Catalog
Change: New or Edited programs via the ConnKit to be placed on top of the Program Catalog. This already happens when you edit a program in the real calculator.

Not Export(ed) Programs are visible in the Program Catalog (and of course not in the Catalog-User-Program Function list) and are editable, but are not possible to Run.
Change: Make it possible to Run non-exported programs in the Program Catalog
