HP12C 'Forum P.C' and James Briggs

That's a good point - being awarded a financial calculator is kind of specific. The 12C is a financial benchmark, but it does require knowledge of RPN also. The key I think is knowing what "Forum P.C." was - I was thinking "Personal Computer", but it is written in French so maybe the initials stand for something else?
