Zero USB Connectivity with Mac or PC

I was never able to get the HP Prime to reconnect with my Mac or PC. It’s used only on its own now, and with PPL Minifier, I can easily compress small programs to enter manually into the calculator. Eventually, I bought another HP Prime and now keep the old one for spare parts like the battery or keyboard. Even though it can't communicate with the computer, it's still quite useful. It's just a shame that it doesn’t connect.

I’ve performed a full factory reset, including a total wipe, but the issue persists. Unless someone has any other suggestions, I’m all ears as it would be great to have it working again or at least understand what caused the issue to prevent it from happening with the new one.
