I was thinking about adding a ticket for this to the bug tracker, but the online Python math docs do describe, e.g., math.sin(x) as returning the sine of x radians. (Possibly, longer term, there could / should be a reconciliation of the Python and PPL arithmetics.)

While radians are the default for most languages, many languages provide utilities for working with degrees as well. Radians are chosen because they simplify the underlying mathematical computations.

Python C C++ … use radians by default this is nothing to do with the hp prime, it’s just the way things are.
