Most importantly, there was a bug fix affecting some integer problems with = constraints.

Besides that, infeasible models will now return a localized string depending on the current language that translates to "No solutions" (thanks to the STRINGFROMID command). NO_SOLUTIONS() will return the string for the current language.

Additionally, several tests were updated for one reason or another (bug fix, incorrect input, internal adjustments).

Lastly, all PPL commands (besides STRINGFROMID) have been migrated to equivalent CAS commands. Next, I would like to make adjustments to add support for 0 based indexing, which I'm hoping would allow the same code to work on the HP Prime as well as inside Xcas.
