I received my two cartridges several days ago and have installed them today with no problems (almost - see below!).

Here they are in place:

The only problem I had was not reading the documentation properly: for the DIP switch settings, zero is ON and 1 is OFF. The documentation states this clearly several times, but somehow I completely overlooked it!
