This should be: \(\int_{0}^{1}x^n\log(x)^n dx=\frac{(-1)^n n!}{(n+1)^{n+1}}\)

Then you won't run into problems with \(0^0\).

'This should be' ?? Christmas is over. Both formulas don't mean the same, there can be only one correct.
