The 41's BEEP is TONE 7, TONE 5, TONE 8, TONE 7.
According to the Wickes book on synthetic programming the frequencies are as follows:

TONE 7 = 629 Hz
TONE 5 = 394 Hz
TONE 8 = 788 Hz
TONE 7 = 629 Hz

So you're quite close. ;-)
The book also says that the duration of the standard tones is 0,28 seconds.
