Yes, petroleum fluids is already on the current (soon to be previous) set.

As for whether certain links should be removed. Your scan of someone else's IP would be a (possible) issue between you and them. In general I try to discourage things that look like obvious infringements but there are many links in this forum and I can't tell what is necessarily an infringement so I mostly have to rely on the IP owners contacting me. As I recall we had 2 "take down" requests in the last year and both were honored.
