In their prime in the late 90's they were sold at Wal-Mart, (and I'm sure Sears also) and apparently they didn't move off the shelves too well at list price. I got two of them there for $8.00 each in a cart full of closeout items back then. A few years later one of them brought be $130.00 on E-Bay.
