Everyone starts at 0% warning level. Almost everyone stays there. Sometimes even valued members get warned and usually it's just that; a personal message to someone reminding them that this is a friendly site and all of us near-Asperger syndrome math nerds need to stick together. For repeat offenders it's a formal "warning" and gets a number usually in multiples of 20%. They disappear in a while. Only 40% and up matter anyway.
That you are at or under 20% means that you aren't a whining, petulant, arrogant, loud mouthed, nagging, insulting, know-it-all. Cool. Welcome.
BTW: as stated by another member; putting questions in the most closely matching sub-forum does get you better answers. That's because this place has gotten so big that we all read only what interests us. If you ever want to have a thread you started moved to a different area, ask a moderator. We'll do it and the system leaves a re-direct for a couple of days so early readers can still find it. -db
