I can send you the PDF I use if it helps. It makes an 8.5x5.5" UG printed in two volumes. Slice the stack of paper right down the middle and then bind it.

Thanks for the offer Eric. I wouldn't mind seeing the PDF to see how you did it, although I think I have got everything in order now.
