It's brilliant, and that is in fact essentially what I am planning to do - with the addition of status indicators so that I don't have to guess what's going on (as I have been doing).

From that, it's not clear if he is offering to fabricate the connectors, or complete cables, and as I wrote I already did that. If he's selling completely fabricated end-to-end cables I'd gladly buy one, but I also want the status LEDs for the reasons I described.

Perhaps I'm dense -- what am I missing?
