Faster inverse gamma and factorial for the WP 34S

Here you go, only 21 correct digits in these cases (the omitted digits are zeros):
8.199 917 911 936 391 396 113 e-12
8.200 014 679 160 935 407 842 e-12

Oh, I see there is a typo in the argument, there is one digit too much.
It should have been Ψ(1,461632144968362) resp. ...363. This should return two results close to zero, but with opposite signs.

Anyway, I tried the same cases with my digamma version and indeed I got three more nonzero digits. But not more the same 21 correct ones as in digamma.wp34s. #-)
