If you would like to use LSQ, here you go:

LSQ([[c11 c12 . . c15][c21 . . c25] . . . [c51 . . c55]],[[b1 . . b5]])

c's are the coefficients of your linear system. b's are the r.h.s. values.

Also look at the built-in help for LSQ - - there is a 2x2 example.
