HP71 $750 160K RAM module

I'm thinking this was a late 80s kinda thing, but I can't find a date on the brochure.

My HP-71B HHP brochure for 71M/M-32K EPROM, 71M/M-32K/64K/96K RAM & 71M/M-32K RAM+EPROM has been stamped Oct. 24 1985.
Since it does not have the 128K/160K RAM modules my pamphlet is earlier, but I think yours should be within 1986-1987 timeframe.
