I can collect bugs that are found, answer questions or provide help, clarify things, and respond to questions internally like "are there any general trends that people on the forums seem to be talking about". For example, I'm sure at least some people have noted that a lot of the called out "fixes" in the Prime release notes tend to suspiciously go back to individual threads on this forum and others. That doesn't mean complaining about things in a forum will guarantee resolutions, but it does go into the bucket of information to aid with prioritizing work and plans.

However, I am not an official spokesperson for HP so if I say something like "the USA should invade Canada" - that is not the official policy of the company.
