Nevertheless....

There are times in your replies where you use the collective "we" which, in my opinion, does mean that you are officially replying for some "group". To me this implies that the "group" is a group within HP.

For example (from Post 7):

"I've put this on the list of things to look at and see what we might be able to do."

Is this statement your opinion or should it be taken at face value?

While you may not be an official spokesperson for HP Corporate, you do imply that you are a spokesperson for the HP Calculator Group within HP Corporate.

I realize your disclaimer is required by HP. But let's not kid ourselves too much here.
