HP Prime does not work anymore HELP!

Thanks again!
I tried powering connecting the USB, but without success.
With ConKit is not recognized. I have removed the battery and tested if it has voltage and the battery voltaje level is ok.
what do you mean with " shorting the terminals on the calculator"
connecting the positive and negative pin from the calculator?
