Maybe I missed something. Anyway (after all I'm a scientist, I don't believe in witchcraft but reason):

With all due respect, this doesn't answer my questions. I'd really appreciate a comprehensible explanation (i.e. a factual statement), for the reasons I stated in my post linked above. TIA

BTW, this obviously isn't "Reopening closed thread / subject" since a) the thread is new and b) the subject isn't closed yet.

I've saved this text. And nowadays, open questions will not vanish until there's a comprehensible answer. I hope we can return to simple logic soon – it’s the basic foundation of the calculators we love.
