Learned some new things today. That's problably the reason why Atmel gives the max voltage at Vd + .3V. If You go higher You could have "Latch up" I assume Vd is the voltage of the battery or the power supply. So if we have a 3.0V power supply the max input voltage would be 3.3V. If we have 3.6V power supply the max input voltage would be 3.9V. Am I correct or did I miss something ? Michel |
