Wine doesn't have support for general USB devices.

The Prime firmware upgrade protocol is only partially reverse-engineered ( https://tiplanet.org/hpwiki/index.php?ti...g_Protocol ). That's not enough for making a portable, third-party implementation of it as part of libhpcalcs ( http://www.hpmuseum.org/forum/thread-52.html ).
