No, there is not. (not sure exactly which model you're talking about here - I will assume 48/50g type unit)
I've never once in my life seen a debugger that will allow that. You can sometimes move your execution location backwards, but that won't undo anything - just execute it again. It would be up to the programmer to determine if anything actually happened there that would be impacted by running again. So yes, there is nothing to do except restart.
