Guilty. Actually, I waited for it to come on cable, but taped it and watched it more than once. Lady Penelope was dramatically updated from the 60's to the current day. She picked a lock using the wire from her bra; not shown of course, but still a nod towards the mandatory risqué scene required in every movie these days.
