Here it is until the SVN access that Walter mentioned is sorted out.

It has the default Y register configuration you'll find in the patch and it's the build that doesn't require the quartz crystal so you can give it a try even with unmodified hardware. Good luck!

Edit: Enhanced Y register display has been incorporated into the official build and also into my builds. There's no longer any need for the binary I attached here, so I've deleted it.
