cant delete thread

The default in MyBB is that users can't delete threads. I think that's good in most cases, but I have added delete thread permissions to the Classifieds and Articles where I think they make sense to have. MyBB's thread delete permission doesn't distinguish between single post threads and threads with dozens of replies so general thread deleting could be problematic.

But if you have a thread created by accident, a moderator can clean it up.
