I don't have my references to hand at the moment. There was the one for the incomplete beta that split the domain in four regions instead of two which avoided the slow convergence we're seeing on the 34S for large arguments.

I don't think I'd seen the DiDonato and Jarnagin reference before. Handy for the statistical functions.
