The HP9830 keyswitch is much taller. It was a standard keyswitch about 40 years ago, I got a surplus keyboard off some word processing thing that used them. It got re-wired for another of my computers (not HP) and I had a few swtiches left over, a couple of which ended up in my HP9830.
