If you simplify the Prime result...

   –x – sqrt(x²+4)
   ---------------
         4x

   –x     sqrt(x²+4)
=  --  –  ----------
   4x         4x

            sqrt(x²+4)
=  –1/4  –  ----------
                4x

            sqrt(x²+4)
= const  –  ----------
                4x

...you get the same antiderivative plus a constant.
