Generally, most companies release files/updates in the early part of the work week with the idea being that "if something goes wrong, the support team will be available to help customers with problems and actions to pull files can be taken should something be seriously wrong". If you push out the files/updates near the end of the week, chances increase that there is no support available due to being the weekend.

These files were published early (and only partially) for some reason. It looks like the back end system handling this has fixed the problem for now by removing the files.
