Yes, it is. I stopped Mathematica after a few hours at 8325 digits. Have you found one?

The first prime that starts with 410333... has 37401 digits.
Found using PFGW by testing the equivalent sequence (1231*10^n-1)/3.

Both sequences have been tested to at least 50000 digits so far, but no other primes found.
