It even works if the matrix contains more than two rows. Example: What number is congruent to 1 (mod 2), 3 (mod 4), and 1 (mod 6)?

ichinrem([[1,2], [3,4], [1,6]]) --> [7,12]
Answer: 7 (mod 12).
