HP 50g -- too shifty?

I usually just the commands in alpha mode.

i.e. press and hold alpha C R D I R enter

More keystrokes sometimes but much faster and no need to remember which menu the command is buried in.

I've done this all the way back to the 28S (where it was even easier due to the double keyboard).
