In the latest release, with both HOME and CAS set to engineering 2, the example, 22.0E-12, placed into the command entry line, enter it, it does show up as 22.0E-12, in history. However, if you then mouse up, and recall 22.0E-12 back to the command line, it is no longer in engineering notation, it becomes: 0.000000000022. It works the same way in both HOME and CAS.
