Nice find!
I can't resist to share here three of my small machines, two of then also from Canon, despite being older than your FS-5. They are the Canon F-55S Scientific/Statistical and the Canon Card LC-61 and both have the same size, being a little bit bigger than a credit card despite its huge thickness when compared to a real card. The 3rd one is the Casio SL-800 that was probably the first unique true card sized calculator, even on the thickness.
