I would be extremely surprised if the 17b solver were not Turing complete. This is a fairly low bar.
The solver would seem to be strictly more powerful than the Z3 and that's been proven to be Turing complete. This machine had no indirect addressing, no conditional execution and the only loop it is capable of was to rerun the entire program. Pauli |
