Looks like the Casio fx-9860g Slim is the best option, particularly if you can get ahold of the contraband 2.0 update for it. If you have it at a sharp enough angle, the display throws plenty of light on the keyboard to use it comfortably (it's even better than it looks in the picture; the camera didn't really handle the high contrast well).

It's just a shame that Casio BASIC is so clumsy.
