As soon as it reaches 100%, the the connection is lost. The Prime reboots and enters the Recovery mode.
The usb plug is USB 3.0, however the same thing happens in an old pc with old USB types.
I even tried a different cable. In previous updates I didn't have any problem.
I saw the some instructions but nothing seems to be like the steps mentioned there. I don't see the same thing in the Device Manager as explained here.

Help me please because I need it for my exams

The 20161208 update is only for the virtual calculator, not the physical calculator. You already have the latest firmware for the physical one.
