I wonder what they had to refurbish? I've not encountered many failures with HP equipment. Maybe they just dusted it off. 8-)

I've purchased a couple of items from 360Tech and have been quite satisfied. One was an HP-IL/HP-IB Interface practically mint in box.

"Refurbish" may simply mean that the item has been tested and cleaned, maybe minor repair. If they're going to provide a warranty then some testing is in their best interest.
