The Silver 12CP machines were produced for a couple years, so somewhat available, but the black-faced versions are far more numerous. I'd 'retire' the Silver 12CP to the collection. Also, the newer versions use MUCH faster processors; this is dramatically noticeable with programs, but not so much in real-time number-crunching, except if you're solving for interest rate (which is iterative) which can take a moment on the older machines. --Bob Prosperi |
