Thanks for sharing. Several passes where similar to mine, I did not thought about the 2b+1 though.

Also my idea is: always better be a bit boring but clear, rather than using a style - that I perceived in many books that for me were written like showing off - to write in short way but cryptic. So I enjoyed your explanation.
