Good detective work Sherlock!

It's too bad Rautenberg's '48 and '49 program websites were not also salvaged when they restored the 49g+ site; Rautenberg's powerful RPL tools really do need detailed documentation to use effectively. Although there are broad similarities between his 48/49/50 libraries, the newer ones used new capabilities (like extra shift planes for keyman, etc.) so it's difficult to tell what was/wasn't there.

Still, nice to have the programs themselves.
