41CL Self-Update

Turned into a bit of an adventure here.

- I couldn't get anything to work (comm errors) without having the CL(v2) in turbo50

- Things went pretty well after that for a bit, but after successfully running FLCHK? (reported 89 updates needed) I couldn't get FLUDP to work, it resulted in a "NONEXISTENT" error on the CL.

UPDAT2B is show in CAT2 (but with -EXT FCN 3A shown below it instead of the "3B" shown in the documentation).

As I'm sure you can tell from the number of files that need updating, it's not been updated since 2014 (when Monte kindly did so to correct an issue).

Any ideas?
