The only difference between it and the HP-42S RAN function is the initial seed after hard reset: in the RPL version, it is 999500333083533, while in the 42S version, it is 2787.

N.B. Free42 >= 2.0.7 uses this RNG, so if you're looking for working code, you can find it there.
