You should use the alphaSTO command to put characters into registers. I don't believe we defined the mapping from characters to registers.
The encoding isn't decimal, it is base 256. Even entering characters in base 256 is not a guarantee anything will work. In real mode, it is pretty much guaranteed that it won't due to the formatting of numbers. In integer mode there is a chance. Pauli |
