A Japanese company, possibly no longer extant, that sold co-branded HP machines ("Yokogawa-HP") within Japan in the 70's. Back then it was much more important for products to be from Japanese (at least Japanese appearing) manufacturers to be successfully sold in the Japanese domestic market. I believe they translated the manuals into Japanese (though I've never seen one) but the machines themselves were the same. That need declined quite a lot in the 80's, and has steadily declined since until today it matters hardly at all.

As for if there were more models sold co-branded, I'm not aware of any others and in fact did not know about the -45 and -21 until now.
